The create letters are remappable in Preferences > Hotkeys > Node Graph (a single letter, no modifier). Preferences > Hotkeys > Defaults lists every default shortcut.

Viewer 2D

`W`	Wipe on / off
`Alt+W`	Region of interest on / off
